The Optipure Reverse Osmosis System delivers high-output RO filtration for commercial beverage operations — giving cafés and coffee programs exact control over their water chemistry.
The Optipure system passes source water through a pre-filtration stage to remove sediment and chlorine, then through the RO membrane to strip dissolved minerals and contaminants. The integrated blending valve mixes RO permeate with a calibrated amount of bypass water to achieve the target TDS range for optimal coffee extraction — typically 75–150 ppm. This blended output delivers water that is free of harmful contaminants while retaining the mineral content that coffee extraction requires.
